We originate, structure and underwrite highly secured, collateralized, asset-based investments. We apply our expertise in secured lending to several niche markets that are often underserved by traditional lenders.

Specifically, the current market conditions as well as recent consolidations among banks have led to a significant shortage of capital, as well as the “upsizing” of transaction sizes for private equity funds, along with structural flaws inherent in competitive financing, have combined to create an extremely demanding environment in which Core Capital can deploy capital to quickly and efficiently and meet the needs of our customers.
