Prior to his position with Deutsche Bank, he was a senior trader / structurer with Merrill Lynch and a global head of the credit / TRS trading. He has also held a senior position with Lehman Brothers and throughout his career Ron has managed multi-billion dollar portfolios. |

Ron received BSc in Engineering and minor in Mathematics from Western Michigan University and MSc in Engineering from Polytechnic University in NY. |

Group, a New York based family office where his responsibilities included identifying,
structuring, executing and managing investments in both private and public companies
across a wide range of industries in the US, Asia and Europe. He began his career at a
Texas based investment firm focused on broadcast media and real estate. |

Sanjai was previously at GSO Capital Partners, a subsidiary of the Blackstone Group, where he was the senior portfolio manager in its Debt Fund's group responsible for managing approximately $11 billion of leverage loan, mezzanine and high yield assets and he was also on the investment and management committee. While at GSO, he led the underwriting efforts for several middle market financing transactions. |

Prior to GSO Capital Partners, he was an Assistant PM at RBC Capital Partners responsible for managing leverage loan and high yield assets. While at RBC, Sanjai also focused on restructurings and workouts. |

Sanjai began his finance career at Indosuez Capital where he was responsible for underwriting senior and subordinated financing for middle market LBOs. Subsequently, Sanjai transitioned into Indosuez's asset management group where he focused on leverage loans and distressed/stressed investing. |

in a wide range of industries which include maritime shipping and container terminal
operations, supply chain management, logistics as well as traditional and green energy
